Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet with Powered Air Purifying Respirator

Product Description: The product is a new model of welding protective equipment which is a combination of auto darkening welding helmet and positive pressure battery-powered respirator. When welding, the welding filter can automatically darkens. The reaction time is less than 1usec. The shade number is 9-13(outer adjustable knob). According to your need the return time can be selected by pushing "quick" or "slow" button. The shell is made of PA material which is of high-and-low temperature resistance and impact resistance. The cover protective plate is made by the technology of reflecting vacuum coated covering which can provide a more effective and saver protection. The product with high reliability and light weight can be operated more conveniently.The respirator has following features: Light-weight; easy operation; well seal; fine filtering(less than 0.3um); sufficient flow(170L/min); continuous 8-hours working battery; clear view and no fog on the screen due to the direction of air flow from top to bottom.The product can be widely used in many welding surrounding where there are various particles(dust fog and smoke) and abnormal ill odors, therefore, the product is an ideal safty equipment which can protect welder's eyes and face and prevent pneumoconiosis.The product is unsuitable to anoxic (i.e. oxygen content is less than 18%) or possible explosive working conditions, or IDLH concentration (i.e. Immediately dangerous to Life and health).
