1. Cutting wheel is for cutting, must not be used for grinding.
2. Operation under the maximum speed.
3. Safety guard cover is necessary.
4. Before fixing the wheel, please check to confirm if it has any defects such as breakage, moist or oil strains.
5. Only use special wrench when wheel is mounted to the grinder, using additional chuck such as long wrench with an additional handle is forbidden. Never tap at the wrench to avoid the wheel damage.
6. Feeding slowly and gradually when operating to avoid wheels out of operation or broken by a strong force.
7. When pneumatic grinders are used, air pressure should be well controlled to avoid the higher pressure, If the air pressure goes up high, the over-speed may cause the wheel breaking.
8. After the wheel has been mounted on the spindle, it should be run idle for at least 1-2minutes before operation.
9. Spindle should be coincident with the standard requirements, smaller axis diameter may cause offcentering when mounted and jumping or breaking when operating.
